We are looking to build 100,000 websites for our fellow Veterans and their Family Members who wish to have a site of their own. This is a free service sponsored by us in coorperation with "The Fight Against Military Injustice Web Ring"

The time for cheap talk and meaningless letters and petitions is over.
It is now time for action

Cutting the costs of War.

The main reason America's Veterans are denied their Right to judicial review is the fact that the Congress does not want to pay them their Service-Connected Disability Compensations. The Congress is afraid that if they authorized judicial review that the costs of war would go through the ceiling and they would not be able to send our military personnel into harms way at the drop of a hat to protect their political and private financial interests around the world. As long as the Congress can deny America's Veterans their Right to judicial review they can keep the cost of going to war low and America's Veterans are the ones left paying the price.

Far too many of our elected political leaders feel that there are far too many people receiving a Service-Connected Disability Compensation and they would love nothing better than to cut the rolls. We saw that with the Carter Administration. The only possible way America's Veterans have of defending their families and themselves against these acts of aggression is in the Federal Courts. Courts they are presently bared from by Section 511(a) of Title 38 USC.

Under Section 511(a) of Title 38 USC the United States Government cannot be held accountable for its Crimes against Humanity like the Germans, Japanese and the Serbs were. The Department of Veterans Affairs is free to use America's Veterans as human guinea pigs, test subjects and lab animals for inhumane human experimentations, as living practice dummies for students to practice on as they learn new surgical techniques or procedures. America's Veterans are being abused as living teaching aids by college professors as they teach their students human anatomy or demonstrate some surgical procedure. America's Veterans are being unnecessarily killed or injured at a rate of 18 out of every 100 Veterans everyday in America's Killing Fields.

The only way America's Veterans and their families will ever get judicial review in the United States Federal Courts is for people to march out in front of their political leaders District Offices in their own home voting districts demanding judicial review for America's Veterans and their families. We have the ability to embarrass them BIG TIME in front of their hometown supporters and that gives us the ability to force the Congress to repeal Section 511 of Title 38 USC and to abolish the Board of Veterans Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Judicial review is good for America and it is definitely good for America's Veterans and their families. Only when America's Veterans have Judicial Review can the United States Government be held to the same level of accountability as it holds other world governments and peoples for their Crimes against Humanity.

This is the year of Veteran Unity. Over the coming months we will let the Congress know that we are tired of their empty promises, being jerked around and ignored. We gave the United States Congress until November 1, 1999 to met every last one of our demands. They failed to do so.

It is now up to each of us to impress upon on each and every one of our elected leaders the fact that we will no longer be ignored nor will we be appeased with misleading statements and political rhetoric. We need everyone out pushing and speaking up at every possible opportunity. Therefore we encourage everyone who can to get out and talk to people about what we are doing and about Veterans' Rights. As in the past we cannot let our voice be silenced by apathy, fear or discust with the system. We must demonstrate our support for Veterans' Rights. We must let the United States Congress know that we are very serious about our Rights and that we will not stop until every last one of our Rights are restored.

Please visit our commentaries page. Here our commentators express their opinions on everything from Medical Care or the lack of it to the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act. There is even a chatroom and a bulletin board there for you to express your opinions and views.

By all means make as many copies of material on this web site that you want and pass them out to other Veterans within your own communities. If anybody feels the need to make a personal statement to their Congressional Representative by signing a copy of our demands and sending it to them by all means feel free to do so.

This is your movement and it is your Right to support it any way you can and you are Free to do so if you so desire.

Thank You.
