The defendants stood accused of responsibility for a wide variety of atrocious and incredible crimes, all involving murderous or dangerous and painful experiments on human subjects, or other criminal perversions of the healing art. The trial has therefore been widely known as the "Nuremberg Medical Trial," although its moral and legal implications far transcend the boundaries of medicine.

While the United States was openly condemning the atrocities of these men as Crimes Against Humanity. The United States itself was and still is actively engaged in these and worse kinds of activities against America’s Veterans. The Department of Veterans Affairs medical staff regularly conducts experimental surgical operations and medical treatments on America’s Veterans. These experimentations are currently forced upon America’s Veterans under the threat that if they refuse the treatment, the DVA will stop payment of their Service-Connected Disability Compensation until such time as the Veteran agrees to submit to such surgical or medical experimentations.

The United States Department of Veterans Affairs employees alter, conceal, and destroy vital documentation in order to cover up atrocities performed by the Department’s Medical Staff on America’s Veterans. These documents include altered Veteran’s Death Certificates and/or treatment records, lost or misplaced medical treatment records, and the shredding of hospital and clinical records. This is done on a daily basis in order to hide the excessively high mortality rate within the Department's Medical System due to the inhuman treatment of America’s Veterans.

The Department of Veterans actively employees college professors who abuse America’s Veterans. These college professors use America’s Veterans as training aids to demonstrate their surgical and medical techniques on. They also use their Veteran patients as practice dummies for their students. These students use America’s Veterans for practicing the surgical or medical procedures their college professors have demonstrated while using the Veterans as human guinea pigs. These college professors regularly go through the Department’s wards picking out Veteran’s medical records and scheduling them for surgical operations the Veterans may or may not need. This way they can insure that there will be enough living bodies available for their students to practice on. Far too many of these surgical operations are unsupervised by any competent medical doctor while the college professor is busy lecturing at the Medical School which is attached to the Department’s hospital.

The Department’s Medical Staff actively participate in the genocide of America’s Veterans. They routinely administer injections of lethal amounts of drugs to Veterans who are old and/or too infirm for treatment. This is to open bed space for other Veterans in less need of treatment whom can be treated and released in the minimum amount of time and with the minimum amount of expense. When this happens the widow and family members are told that the Veteran died in his sleep of a massive coronary which is seldom questioned by either the widow or any member of a Veteran’s family. In those few cases when a widow or family member does offer some resistance to the Department’s explanation of death. They are told that it is a normal reaction to a sudden and unexpected death of a loved one.

Since the Department performs it’s own autopsies and issues it’s own death certificates the only governing body is the Department. The Department not only condones these illegal if not questionable activities it full endorses them and actively covers them up. Occasionally a nurse who has either threatened to expose this or who has made a few too many enemies among their fellow workers is singled out and is accused of the mass murder of America’s Veterans. This is done to further hide the truth and to aid in the cover up before the American People and the United States Congress. By putting the blame on a few of it’s employees, mostly from within it’s nursing staff the Department is able to demonstrate a concern for the extremely high death rate among it’s Veteran patients while at the same time continue it’s genocide, directives. This further allows it’s college professors and students to continue abusing America’s Veterans without question and free from fear of possible legal actions being taken against them.

Because the Department actively supports and condones these activities the college professors and students are free to do things to America’s Veterans that they are prohibited from doing at the medical schools at which they are teaching or studying the art of medicine. The individual states strictly control the activities of the medical schools, professors, and students within their separate jurisdictions but are unable to control their activities once they enter Federal Property. Once on Federal Property the professors and students fall under the protection of the Department. They become untouchable by the individual state and local governments and are no longer subject to their laws and statutes.

Only the Department of Veterans Affairs may bring charges against one of it’s employees. The only time the Department of Veterans Affairs ever levies charges against one of it’s own employees is when it is expedient for it to do so. That is when it becomes necessary to cover up it illegal activities by placing the focus of attention on one or more of it’s nursing staff members. Whether or not the nurses were under orders to administer the lethal doses of medication or not is immaterial to the Department of Veterans Affairs. They have given the American Public and the United States Congress a sacrificial lamb and that is all the Department cares about.

The exact same United States Government that stood in judgment over the atrocities committed by the German People under the Natzies not only condones but actively supports and encourages these exact same act of Crimes Against Humanity within our own Department of Veterans Affairs Medical System.
