While the United States Congress continues to
persecute America’s Veterans.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War
against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
Article III Section 3 of the United States Constitution.

The American People have idolized TRAITORS and DRAFT DODGERS such as Jane Fonda and Bill Clinton and have rewarded them with both great riches and fame. They have turned their backs on those who have fought to keep this country free.

The vast majority of Americans do not know what goes on within the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Medical and Administrative Systems. The truly sad thing is that far too many Americans simply do not care. Far too often when a Veteran or a member of a Veteran’s family attempts to explain just how badly America’s Veterans are being mistreated by the system they are accused of wining, being cry babies, or even worse unappreciative of what the American People have done for them. This is an unfair and an unjust judgment. After all the majority of those individuals who accuse America's Veterans of such things did not posses the intestinal fortitude to stand up and to fight for the constitutional rights of our friends and allies. These gutless wonders choose to run and hide forcing real men and women to stand and do their fighting for them.

Most Americans think President Jimmy Carter’s blanket pardon pertained to ALL Americans, it did not. Military Service Personnel have, and will remain prosecutable for their imagined war crimes. In fact, these are the ONLY persons still being held responsible for their claimed actions during the past wars.

Because of "insufficient evidence", JANE FONDA and BILL CLINTON were not prosecuted for their treasonous actions in the early 70’s. Several years earlier,CASSIUS CLAY, (AKA - MOHAMMAD ALI) was allowed to "use" religion as a acceptable reason for not serving in the U. S. military. Literally thousands of Americans fled to Canada and other countries to "illegally avoid the draft". Belligerent defiant acts such as publicly burning one's Draft Card or the Flag of this Country, were common practice. Yet, these Draft Dodgers, Antiwar Protesters, and the Traitors were welcomed back into the U. S. and released from any accountability for their actions by the Carter pardon. President Clinton recently normalized U. S. relations with our former enemies, the North Vietnamese, thus releasing them from any liability for their actions during the Vietnam War. Every single person on the face of this Earth has been exonerated from any and all criminal and civil charges resulting from their actions during the past wars, with the exception of America's Honorably Discharged Veterans. Who are presently being executed by the United States Government for the crime of serving this Great Country on the field of battle in her defense.

WASHINGTON, May 14, 1999 -- As the result of an internal investigation, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Board of Veterans'Appeals (BVA) recently discovered more than 1,000 pieces of mail that had been delivered to the Board, but had not been processed. The mail ranged from several days to more than a year old.

"Veterans depend on BVA to provide a fair hearing on their claims, and this is absolutely unacceptable," said Eligah D. Clark, chairman of the BVA. "We are taking immediate steps to notify the affected veterans and their representatives. While this one instance does not point to a system-wide failure, we must assure the people who depend on us that their cases are reviewed completely, and that decisions are made on all the information we should have before us."

BVA staff are evaluating the information in the mail to determine whether it includes evidence that could have due process implications or would change the outcome of a Board decision. Those cases will be reopened and readjudicated.

The states from which the mail originated are: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Dear Members of the Congress Abolish the Board of Veterans Appeals and the Federal Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. !

We want our Right to have our cases heard in the Federal District Courts. We also want our Right to proper legal counsel from the filing of our claims against the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense. Every other Citizen has the Right to proper Legal Counsel when filing their claims against the Social Security Administration and in filing Welfare claims. We are the only group of American Citizens who are denied this Right. We faught to protect This Right and we want it.

Jim Hayden

Jim is a United States Marine who served with a riffle company in Vietnam. He is also the Founder and the Director of Veterans' Rights NOW.

"While I lend my administrative and advertising skills to the movement. It is our members who have given it strength and direction over the years. " Jim is very quick to point out. "In 1991 I was totally ticked off at the VA for taking my money to pay debts I personally did not owe and for the VA's total disregard for my constitutional rights. So I started writing letters to various Veterans papers and magazines. It didn't take long before I began receiving letters from other Veterans who felt the same way I do and we have banded together to form what is known as Veterans Rights NOW".

Here Jim expresses himself; his feeling, opinions, and his observations.
