Exploratory Surgery
Exploratory surgery is the term used by the Department’s College
Professors whenever they need a Veteran for their students to practice some new
surgical procedure on. In most case the
interns are supervised by Residents who, themselves, have little of no
experience in the surgical procedure being preformed.
This leads to many Veteran deaths as well as Veterans
being unnecessarily injured. Every time
a Veteran dies or is injured in this manner the Department covers it’s mistakes
by alter the Veterans’ medical records, altering or fabricating their Death
Certificates, or by misplacing or loosing their medical records. Then the Veteran or the surviving spouse of
a Veteran is forced to use these altered, falsified, and incomplete records to
prove the Department was at fault for causing the Veteran’s death or injuries.
If a Veteran initiates a claim against the Department
for his or her injuries and dies as a result of their injuries prior the Department
settling their claim the Veteran’s claim dies with
the Veteran and the surviving spouse must then start all over again. Even if the Department has help up the
Veteran’s claim for 20 or 30 years or longer.
