A Yahoo Group is a e-mail list which has a secure address listing. It is used to pass information and up coming events to the rest of our members. It is also used to get help with your problems and answers to your questions. But most important it is how we communicate with each other. No this Group is not censored and you are free to express your thoughts and ideas without worrying about if you are going to get cut out of the group or not.
To give you some ideas as to what kinds of information we pass through the group here is a list of some of the topics we share with each other.
Information about the political candidates
Information on the Anthrax Vaccine Program
Scheduled events and up coming political rallies
Help with filing Claims against the Department of Veterans Affairs
Help and information about Hepatitis C
The Gulf War Syndrome
POWs
And much, much .
The main idea behind our movement is for those of us who have computers or at least access to one to establish our own groups within our own communities and to get active in support of our list of demands. This means that we are putting pressure on the individual members of the United States Congress to pass legislation that will insure our rights for us and for the future generations of American service personnel. We gave the current Congress until November 1, 1999 to meet all of our demands. To date they have ignored us and they let our dead line pass without taking any actions on our behalf. So now it is up to each of us to campaign to get them voted of Office. Republicans and Democrats alike! This will send a clear and unmistakable message to the next Congress not to ignore us or our Rights any longer.
By working together and uniting all of our efforts we can and will be heard. So please join our eGroup and get active in our campaign to regain our lost Rights and stolen benefits. Thank You.
